Refund Policy
Returns
Please note, our policy allows for returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. Please note that pandemic supplies are non-returnable, if any.
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
* Items that show obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Returns (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm its arrival. We'll then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (posting may take time)
- Contact your bank (processing delays are possible)

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the same item, email us at support@heavydutywear.com. You may also reorder the correct size at any time.
Returns from Remote Mainland U.S. Areas
For orders shipped to remote areas within the U.S. mainland—such as rural zones or regions with limited carrier access—the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund in the event of a return or exchange, even if your order originally qualified for free shipping. This is due to the higher carrier rates for these locations.
