Refund Policy

Returns

Please note, our policy allows for returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.


To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. Please note that pandemic supplies are non-returnable, if any.

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
* Items that show obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Returns (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to confirm its arrival. We'll then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

We can only issue refunds for regular priced items; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item(s), send us an email at contact@heavydutywear.com. You can reorder the correct size at anytime.

Refunds for Remote or Island Areas

For orders originating from remote or island regions within Canada, including but not limited to Vancouver Island, Northern Quebec, Newfoundland and Labrador, Yukon, Northwest Territories, rural areas, and Nunavut, the full shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount in cases of return or exchange even though your order qualified for free shipping. This adjustment accounts for the elevated shipping fees associated with these locations.
